Sandor Barics is a mixed media artist from Hungary, specializing in sculptural, material paintings lately also in digital art as well. More than an artist, he is a maker. Although his work poses to a large extent existential questions, in contrast to many of his contemporaries, Sandor is not interested in highlighting the specific politics of human identity or exploring singular cases of human experience. On the contrary, he imagines new realities where individual human characteristics do not longer matter because they are surpassed by a supreme reality: this of time and the infinite universes.
